Biographical Sketch:
I have worked in the wildlife research and management field since 1993, and have worked in the Great Basin states for most of my professional life. I teach and conduct applied research and outreach on human-wildlife conflicts in Utah and the Mountain West. I consult with state and federal natural resource agencies as well as private landowners on topics ranging from management of wild horses, to urban mule deer, cougars, and sage grouse. My current projects are focused on competition between native wildlife and feral horses in the arid West.
